Growing up on a small farm in central Pennsylvania, I was a multi-sport athlete who understood that success isn't just about talent; it's about discipline, resilience, and mindset.

This realization fueled my passion for helping others unlock their full potential. Over the past 25 years, I've dedicated my career to developing athletes and leaders who are not only physically strong but mentally unstoppable.

From coaching NCAA champions to Olympic gold medalists, my approach combines evidence-based training with mental performance strategies to build high-performing individuals and teams. But my journey hasn't been without challenges.

Early in my career, I faced setbacks that tested my commitment and forced me to adapt and grow.
