FIRST
We DETERMINE what exactly you, your staff, and your team need. This begins with an initial call to get familiar with your goals, issues and what the main outcomes you'd like to accomplish. This provides the foundation of where you are and insight into framing and mapping out the specific plan (customized) to achieve your goals. (If necessary, and practical, observation of practice/games/workouts might be needed as well.)
SECOND
We DEVELOP a customized plan to implement with your team, with coaching calls to guide you and your staff through the process.
THIRD
You DOMINATE the coaching and implementation, and your team benefits from the customized plan. We provide support to help you keep the team on track and progressing towards your goals.

What does the Built Different Blueprint cover?
To be successful, athletes must have a mindset primed for growth, and be open to coaching and improvement. It is also important to train the mind to handle adverse situations and unfavorable events, in order to remain in an optimal mindset for success.
Setting goals and creating a plan is needed for motivation and discipline to do the work. Self control is required to stay on task and on target without distractions.
Energy & Awareness
Where a player puts energy, it grows. Keep players putting energy in the right place to grow in the areas you want, and not the wrong areas. Being aware allows players to focus on where to put the energy, and teach them to be present and in the moment. Loss of focus is like a train derailment. It get's messy. Learn how to keep your team on the tracks.
Process Focus
Get your team and keep your team focused on the process and not the outcome, which is important in measuring consistent progress towards the team goal(s). Teach them to control the controllables and keep focused on the target.
Breathwork, Meditation, Imagery
Breathing techniques can reduce stress, increase awareness, and improve performance. Mental imagery and meditation are both used by many of the top performing athletes to visualize and rehearse in the minds eye to later execute the skills physically in the game.
Routines & Habits of Excellence
Get your players to create habits and routines of excellence and peak performance, including sleep, training, nutrition, gratitude, and others. Get them to start new, favorable habits, stop the bad habits that are holding them back, and continue with the habits that keep them moving forward.
Organization and Productivity
The more organized and productive your players are, the more work they will get done, and the more time they will have for the extra work you need them to do. This also helps them keep the main thing the main thing, with less distractions.
