Now, we use cutting edge apps to deliver personalized programs, high quality exercise videos, live video chat and text messaging, nutrition and habit accountability tracking, and much much more.

How Does Online Training Work?

STEP 1:

Visit the Online Packages and Memberships Page and Select which online training package you want, and purchase your package.

STEP 2:

Check your email for an email from us ([email protected]) with a link to complete your 'Athlete/Client Intake Form' so you can provide detailed information about your goals, available equipment and space, schedule, etc., so we can create a customized training plan for you.

STEP 3:

Follow the additional instructions in the email you receive to create your included account and download the training app to get access to your customized training plan, training videos, in-app messaging, and more.

FOR BEST RESULTS:

Log in to the app daily to complete the daily readiness and stress/wellness questionnaire. Complete your workouts and track your weights, times, etc. Check the app for messages from your coach, and use the app to ask any questions or request additional customizations. Continue to communicate through the app for the best experience.

What's included?

  • FREE TRAINING APP - For ultimate portability and versatility, all personalized workout plans with exercise videos, technique cues, specific sets and reps, and alternate exercises will be pushed through to an app for your phone or iPad (see screenshot gif images above)

  • CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PLANS - You will be assessed and given specific questions to determine your starting point, create your goals, and learn more about your training and lifestyle habits. A new customized plan will be created and then delivered to you weekly through our APP, and can include as few as 2-3 days/week or as many as 7 depending on what you need and want

  • COMPREHENSIVE WORKOUTS - Complete workouts including warm up, flexibility & mobility, power & strength, and whatever else is needed. There are exercise videos for every exercise, additional coaching cues when needed, and also includes sets and reps assigned, and guidelines for weight selection

  • IN-APP MESSAGING ACCESS - Get your questions answered and maintain accountability

  • WEEKLY GUIDANCE - Weekly messages (video, email, or text) with instructions and focus for the week
