Setting goals and creating a plan is needed for motivation and discipline to do the work. Self control is required to stay on task and on target without distractions.

Energy & Awareness

Where your focus goes, your energy grows. Keep focused on the right things to put energy in the right place to grow in the areas you want, and not the wrong areas. Being aware allows you to focus on where to put the energy, and teaches you to be present and in the moment. Loss of focus is like a train derailment. It get's messy. Process Focus
